Thanks for your great mod. If there was no Helmod, I may not be able to enjoy many interesting modpacks.
I came here to report some bug about one cycle per one tick problem.
Currently the Helmod successfully caps crafting speed, but it does not consider the 'quirk' of productivity bonus.

According to the forum post above, there has been a bug that productivity bonus actually makes 'free products'. Factorio team already know that bug, but the staff in the post says they have no plan to fix it.

And the picture above is test result. Obviously the ingredients are consumed once per tick, but the productivity bonus is not affected from it. Therefore, the final production count is drastically increased with same amount of ingredient.
So I think it is appropriate to apply this effect to Helmod result.
