Adds a single item, the Heat Combinator.
Place this while facing a fluid storage (tank, boiler, etc.) and it will output the fluid's heat onto the circuit network.
You can also enable precision mode which multiplies the heat by 100 which allows for, well, better precision.
There are many uses cases, for example, controlling a nuclear reactor based on heat exchanger temperature.
