To make the GOD modules, you need three items: GOD speed, GOD productivity and GOD efficiency modules. These three modules are missing from the crafting tree, therefore cannot create the GOD modules.

Please look again. All the modules are included in the research tree for God Modules.

All four modules are available from my crafting tree.

Those modules did not show up on my crafting tree. I tried uninstall and re-install again and still did not show up. I might need to start another game to see if the mod loaded correctly

You must be experiencing a conflict with another mod especially considering there are ~1,600 downloads and you are the only person reporting this issue.
