Add's an indicator above approaching obstacles when driving a vehicle
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
Not sure how to enable change notes, so adding this here
Added the ability to toggle the indicator via the 'i' key. Can only be changed while driving.
