Would it be possible to add an option for a new soil type that is allowed to be placed anywhere? Could require seed, bioflux, pentapod eggs, and overgrowth; and be called outgrowth or invasive soil

I'm not sure how it would need to be "less cheaty" I just tried it, and while it lets you put it anywhere you still cannot plant on it.

is it supposed to be like this? gleba is garbage, i want MORE CHEATY.
