I see what happened there, it looks like there was a secondary tree-plant object created by Diversitree that the other sub-tree objects referenced and all existing agricultural tower trees were swapped out for those, hence breaking this mod's capability.
I have modified the process by which the tree-plant patch is done on my end to catch the code adjustment of Diversitree when installed to accommodate for those issues. When testing locally on my save, things appear to be cooperating now with trees again growing on Gleba with the added benefit of having variants of trees planted.
Go ahead and update to 1.0.5 and let me know if you run into any more issues.
