When you make a high quality fusion thruster, it seems the hidden internal assembly machine doesn't seem to get the higher quality alongside the thruster, resulting in poor performance.

Edit: Also the flouroketone output from the fusion thruster seems to be buggy, the pipe must be placed last or the fusion thruster won't attach to the pipe.

I haven't done testing on it, but I noticed that when I placed a beacon next to a fusion thruster, what I assume to be the hidden assembler got highlighted in white as if it would get affected by the beacon.

Except for drawing the highlight, it being affected would make sense
