This mod replaces all the text in the base game (and optionally Space Age) with poorly translated versions. Have fun!

I used Argos Translate to run the translations locally. The horrible python code I used to do so is included in the mod zip if you'd like to see it for some reason. Note that my parser for the .cfg files is terrible and does not support comments, so you'll have to fix that yourself.
