Add Uranium and Coal patches to Fulgora. If you start on Fulgora (Recommended Any Planet Start with Fulgora) you can progress to Fission technology.

Coal is added as well because that is the only way to do military research and get explosives.

The patches are a bit rare and it's recommended to use the preview screen to find them.
