Foliax is no longer a peaceful planet, creatures have burrowed their way to the surface!

Adds military tech and recipes to Foliax.
Adds biters, spitters and pentapods (no behemoths) to Foliax, triggered by pollution (pollution added to Foliax).
New single nest spawns all enemies, with a fine-tuned evolution/spawn table.

Foliax specific recipes for weapons/turrets/ammo tweaked and all can be hand crafted or crafted in assembling machines.
Foliax infinite military upgrade techs, contain damage and speed modifiers for all weapons in that tier of research.
