I just found out a bug similar to the fertilizer one:
when using (+30)MSP mod(https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MoreSciencePacks), science packs 10 and 26 are crafted on the chemical plant, and both need 2 types of fluid.
From here, when you alter the inputs, both recipes require less ingredients.
pack 10 goes from requiering 2 fluids plus 3 solids to just the 2 fluids.
pack 26 goes from requiering 2 fluids plus 5 solids to 2 fluids plus 2 solids.
