I am the mod author of Schall Autolinked Chest. This derivative violates my mod's license. Change of license is also not allowed.
May I ask you the intent of this upload?
Depending on your intent, you will have to modify the form of this mod to one of the following ways:
A/ As a Translation Mod
If you just intent to offer a Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translation, this may be a very simple solution.
In this way, you only need to include the locale folder (together with info.json and other necessary files, of course). This can be done WITHOUT copying from my mod files, and they should be removed from your mod.
You can see how it works from some good examples of translation mods: 1, 2, and even my own Schall Language Pack.
B/ As Part of my Language Pack
If you just intent to offer a Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translation, this may be the simplest solution. Even simpler than solution A.
As stated above, I have my own dedicated translation mod Schall Language Pack, to include both community translations and my own non-English ones. And I gave full credits to contributors work, as both on the changelog and Google Sheet.
Each language can be contributed by multiple person. So you are welcomed to submit translations of any number of mods. Even one line or corrections to existing text are welcomed too.
If you pick this choice, I will include your locale file into my translation mod, and give credits to your work. Note that also you should either convert this derivative as above-stated solution A, or simple remove this.
备注：起初我也提供简体中文的翻译，但做多了后发现中港台的文法不大相同的……我能看懂，但以正确文法书写就不在行，所以就没再为新的模组提供简体中文的翻译了。若你（或任何人）愿意代行提供翻译，我当然是欢迎的。
C/ As a Redistribution
If you really want to keep this mod, then your mod has to comply to my license requirement. Redistribution requires no modifications.
C1/ First, no license changed is allowed. Please revert back to Bob's mods Copyright.
C2/ Keep the original license.txt. It cannot be edited by any means.
C3/ Keep the original locale/en/SchallAutolinkedChest.cfg. It cannot be edited neither. (Your locale/zh-CN as ADDITIONS are fine though.)
C4/ Give credits to my work. I do not mind you editing info.json with Chinese, but please keep the mod name of my original work in clearly seen location, as bare minimal. I would suggest rename your mod title to "疾风共享宝箱 (Schall Autolinked Chest)". Even better if you could include URL in your mod mainpage.
D/ As a Private Mod
There are no limitations, as long as you keep your derivative private. Yet this means you have to remove this mod from mod portal, or any places publicly accessible.
Summary
Note that you need NOT do all of the above. Just pick the most suitable one to you. Or you can suggest other solutions.
Otherwise, I may have to resort to asking the Factorio team to take this down.
