Fixes the construction bots stupidly flying into fire by giving them 100% fire resistance.

This mod is definitely not "Non-Game-Changing" since it saves bots. Consider something like "Logistics"
Fair point, but I don't feel like "Logistics" fits either... I decided on "Logistic network" for now, but if you have any other suggestions, let me know.
