The latest update to Roc's Hardcore Techtree moved the repeatables processing to data-final-fixes from data-updates. This has resulted, seemingly, in this mod loading before Hardcore tech tree, as a result deleting all existing repeatables when loading a save.

Would it be possible to add hardcore tech tree as a hidden optional dependency to enforce the previous loading behavior where hardcore tech tree modifies the repeatable technologies first?
