Adds the ability for entities to be targeted for or be excluded from deconstruction by bots.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

A pull request is available. If anyone else is dying to get their filter back, only a few files need to be updated. I'll trust anyone so inclined is familiar with GitHub.
