Please add examples how to filter signal with control red or green wire
I can't understand how to filter signal from box with items with red wire as example - sometimes i can do it sometimes not 50/50

I'm setting control wire red and i'm combining red + green wires from chest to combinator input and set red wire to electric pole for example and only then i have signal
And please explain what is the signals in control and what is not in control
