i Burner variant pollution + AOE visualization

The burner variant of the harvester makes way too much pollution to be reasonably used in deathworld playthroughs.

50 pollution per minute is borderline absurd in my opinion for how slow the burner variant is, either:

  1. Reduce pollution rate to a number between 5-10 per minute
  2. Increase the speed of all variants to adjust for high pollution from burner variant
  3. Allow changing pollution rate/process speed in the mod settings menu

Other suggestions:

  1. Don't use the destruction planner icon for indicating when the harvester is out of range of trees, it could easily confuse players into thinking they marked their harvesters for destruction, just use the yellow alert messages

  2. Add a visual indicator for the area that the harvester affects before placement, similar to lightning rods/collectors

Thank you for your input, i will reduce the pollution as suggested as a quick "fix". The complete mod set may require changes for balancing stuff.
Planned is also to have research for speed and range ... also taking into account the distance of the tree being chopped ...

For those other suggestions:
The destruction planner icon is marking the wood harvester for destruction after running out of trees, change the setting if you don't want to destruct it, i.e. when you have Noxys Trees or similar in use. (this feature was already present in the implementation i used formerly)
The visual indicator for the range is already on my roadmap.

Glad to hear that you're already fixing this, also I didn't notice that the destruction planner part was a toggleable setting, my bad :/
