Hi,
This mod does not require any research. I tested it on singleplayer and multiplayer, it works fine.
Probably there's other mod changing the speed of robots.
But before checking other mods do the next, go to "Settings" -> "Mod Settings" ->" Startup" and take a screenshot of the "Faster Robots" section.
Then, once ingame, do the next steps:
1.- Pickup a logistic/construction robot
2.- Position the mouse pointer on it
3.- Press Ctrl + Shift + F, a window will open.
4.- Find the "place result" inside the "ItemPrototype" section, click the button with the little arrow, a new window will open.
5.- Find the "speed" inside the "FlyingRobotPrototype", and take a screenshot.
Upload both screenshots and we will see what happends.
