I have a suggestion for you to consider: putting the number of machines a node represents on the actual node on the graph (the nr you can see in the tooltip when hovering over a node e.g. 15.5 x Assembling Machine 1). Then it would be easier to get an overview of the space required etc. Unless there already is an option to do this and i'm too stupid to see it. Just a thought, thanks!
