Factories can level up by producing items. Factories can upgrade quality with a very low chance on levelup (enable in runtime settings)

Any idea when I might see the 0.6.9 update on the portal. I have been waiting for it so that I can update my mod with the safe removal setting, that only resets the machines of my add-on shim mod, rather than ALL of them.
