Unofficial quick fix based on this so my partner and I can play factory levels please ignore.
This only fixes this issue. https://github.com/renoth/factorio-factory-levels/issues/33 the fix was actually found by https://github.com/renoth/factorio-factory-levels/issues/33#issuecomment-1362709280
This will become obsolete the moment the author fixes it.
