This mod and FactorioHD: Terrain won't load. I keep getting this error message. Any idea how to resolve?

Well I don't get the error, for posterity can you explain what was causing it?

Yes. The texture specific graphic setting was set to medium. The mod seems to only fucntion if those values are set to high. Just reverting it resolves the issue.
