b [Fixed] Incorrect capitalization

"factorio_hd_age_base_game_logistics_2.1.0\data\base\graphics\entity\pump\connector\base"
is incorrectly(?) lowercase and caused it to not load for me on 2.1.9. Making base Base fixes it.

Ive totally really botched it now for fks sake, I meant for this to be under the non space age one, I cant delete this so now im forever to be displayed a fool
