I was getting this error on install:

It was caused by disco thrusters mod:

I am currently updating all mods and will add compatibility by this time.

In the meantime, you can work around this issue by starting the game without the "Disco Thrusters" mod and deactivating the thruster textures in the "Factorio HD Age: Space Age Logistics" mod settings. Once you reactivate the Disco Thrusters mod, everything should work properly.
