In your data-final-fixes.lua you have the code checking for texture size with ">= 8192" which is greater than or equal to. You need to change it to just "> 8192" which is just greater than.
Hey big ask but do you think you could keep a copy of your mods on github or something? The factorio site is so slow for downloads! I love your mods but sometimes they can take 30 mins to download 1 mod update. Being that I have 400Mb internet that is crazy.
No, I'm sorry, but it's not worth the effort for the small number of people who would be interested. Especially as I expect the frequency of updates to be drastically reduced from now on.
