So I try to generate and play on Earth map. As insctructions says I start new game, go to mod settings and choose settings (scale factor, spawn position (not in x and y, but in custom position (city)) and that's all. I load and save game, I restart game, but Earth map doesn't appear. What should I do? Am I misiing something?

No, that should be it. Maybe you have it enabled that it generates earth as a separate planet on Space Age?

Just checked your save game (damn there's a lot of mods you're using!). It looks like you DO have the "Only apply to Earth" setting enabled. It's in the "Startup" settings for this mod.

Enabling that setting only makes sense with Space Age though, so it's kinda a bug that it's actually used without it. But, if you just disable that (it should be off by default, not sure why it's on in your save game) it will generate earth as expected. It will only generate earth for newly discovered areas though, so if you want everything to be earth you'll have to restart the save*, sorry!

• There might be a way to force the re-generating of chunks, not sure. But be careful if you try this, as it will likely destroy stuff as it'll generate water in places where there was soil.

It's in the mod settings under the "Startup" tab.

In the main menu of Factorio (even before loading your save game):
1. Go to settings
2. Choose mod settings
3. Make sure you're in the Startup tab
4. Scroll down until you find "Factorio World"
5. Disable "Only apply to Earth"

Factorio will then reload to apply that setting.
