I'm open for anyone to add languages, but sadly I don't know Russian so can't help with that.
You could try to google-translate this file: https://github.com/TheOddler/FactorioWorld/blob/master/locale/en/locale.cfg and replace it in my mod. But not sure how good google's Russian-to-English is.
