The world has been destroyed, enraged by nuclear war. The few survivors have to keep it up and rebuild it.

Oh yeah surely I can add it into the mod files or ingame even (as a special PDA tab maybe :D) A brief log is in the bottom of the main page anyways.

The reason why to add a changelog file is that people generaly don't want to leave their game to see what's new and update accordingly
