I allowed myself a bit to modificate this mod and there's my addon "instant fire"
When happens emergency situation by this addon we can instantly get a fire extinguisher from air

-Fire extinguisher is no more separated technology to research
-Access to fire extinguisher is gained after research flamethrower technology
-Fire extinguisher can be crafted in hands for free in 10 seconds
-Fire extinguisher amo can be crafted in hands for free in 5 seconds
-Fire extinguisher ammo capacity increased from few seconds to few minutes continuous usage
