i In SE, the mod shows "Neighbor bonus %" on Energy Beam Receiver

In SE, the "Energy Beam Receiver" is a reskinned nuclear reactor (i assume) but it has its neighborhood bonus set to 0. Extended Descriptions still display a neighbor bonus, even though no neighbor bonus can be applied. Perhaps not display it with prototype neighbor bonus set to 0?
