However, on a 2.1 experimental here is a issue that even distribution works absolutely randomly, sometimes not works, sometimes works. Its not works rather than works. Here is an example:

This mod isn't updated for the latest experimental (it crashes on load), which means you aren't using the official build. As such talk to whoever made the alternative version you are using.
