Even Distribution

Modifies CTRL + Click Drag to evenly distribute the items over multiple buildings. Also adds Inventory Cleanup hotkey (SHIFT+C) which evenly distributes unneeded items from inventory into nearby machines.

I just loaded mod to 1.0 and I do not see the blue button to the upper right of my inventory. I tried enabling/disable the Flat GUI option in settings and neither had any effect. Not sure what else I should try. I do see some settings for this mod under Mod Settings.

Not sure what else I should try. I do see some settings for this mod under Mod Settings. Also the Ctrl+Drag to evenly distribute is working. So mod is working, just can't get to settings.
