Even Distribution

Modifies CTRL + Click Drag to evenly distribute the items over multiple buildings. Also adds Inventory Cleanup hotkey (SHIFT+C) which evenly distributes unneeded items from inventory into nearby machines.

currently running Ver: 0.16.4
Error happens when Invokeing Inventory cleanup on copper or iron ore near smelters.

Forgot to state that I found it in my game with a few QoL mods. I then tested it in the sandbox with no other mods enabled and only 1 smelter on the ground. Same error.

Fixed for version 0.2.7. Make sure you update the mod.
