Seems This mod auto assigned Muluna's Molten Aluminum an enriched version that this mod hasnt added.

Enriching Industry currently does not auto assign enriched ores to recipes for non-stock resources like aluminum. I'll reach out to Muluna's dev to find a solution for the issue.
