Error loading mods

I figured out the issue - some prototypes needed to be updated to the new "bob-ENTITY" format and some other things. I created a pull request on github so hopefully the owner sees it and pushes it to the mod portal.

Should be fixed in the latest update, thanks to broms122 pull request
