Boiler that uses electric power to turn water to steam

Noted that the Tier 2 Boiler is producing 250 steam/s as opposed to the 240 steam/s of it's predecessor. Was this intentional? 4 Bob's Steam Engine mk2 only chews 240 steam total.
i tried to make them scale another way since they were initially meant to be used with Py mods
