Adds an easily-expandable efficiency API. Should be self-explanatory, however, pictures must be named "efficiency-[ITEM-NAME-HERE]", or generic picture will be used. Currently, this mod alone adds a copper cable efficiency, an electronic circuit efficiency, and an advanced circuit efficiency, however, you can easily make anything you want have its own efficiency research!

All data is in the data-final-fixes.lua file, for easy modification
