Legendary quality: 1000 automation, logistic, and chemical science.
Quality Modules 1-3: strengths default to 1.5% / 2% / 2.5% (configurable).

The Recycler costs 6 advanced circuits instead of processing units and can be crafted on any surface.

Startup optional settings

Make quality and concrete technologies 10x cheaper (for high science multiplier games).
Set the strength of quality modules 1-3.
Soften the speed module quality penalty, letting you fit more of them for the same loss.
