If you have the Atom Forge and Muluna mods, you can't leave Nauvis with the expensive recipe settings option. You need Nuclear Fuel to make the rocket part, which comes from Kovarex Processing, which comes after Production Science, which comes after Space Science, which you need to be able to launch a rocket to get, and you can't launch a rocket without the Nuclear Fuel.

I get that this is a bit of a unique situation, but maybe a warning that this could happen.

Changing the option in the Nuclear Science mod seems to work.

Nevermind, setting doesn't help. Its still a trigger technology to get Kovarex (and nuclear fuel research), but its still locked after Space Science.
