Rocket parts recipes for nauvis and modded planets dont allow productivity modules, while vulcanus, gleba, fulgora and aquilo allow productivity even when made in assembly machines.
This means that rocket parts cant be made with productivity modules in nauvis if you arent using the nuclear science mod.
