I feed in Iron, Copper, Wood, and Stone at the rightmost DC, then set requests on the rightmost combinators. I use blueprint reader combinators for requests as well, and compact combinators (from Integrated Circuitry) to clean up the wiring between sections to pass requests for items up and down the chain.

This can make everything required to build more sections to expand it, as well as a few extra items so far (power generation mostly).

It's super ugly but damn does it work well. Well done on an awesome, innovative mod!
