Removes all Belts, Splitters, and Underground Belts

Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!
The green science recipe was not modified but requires yellow belts. This makes green science impossible as far as I can tell. Otherwise seems to be a good mod with no issues.
