The idea of dirty barrels ist really nice because it is close to reverse logistics systems. I istalled the mod, but i can´t use it.
I created a produktion with dynamic buffers over many levels of the production tree. It makes heavy use of sorter-belts. Thus i need filtering with the insertes. I was not able to select dirty barrels. Thus i can´t bring them tio my cleaning area.
Prehaps a lates versio will add this point.

Hey Martin, I looked into this, My filter inserters, splitters and combinators have no problem picking "Dirty Barrel" as a filter in 0.17 and 0.18.

Perhaps it's down to localization, check under "Unsorted" and see if it's there if you're playing 0.17.

In know in the German locale it's called "verschmutztes Fass"

Under 0.18 it's correctly listed under "Intermediate Products".
