Thanks for the report. The problem is that the mod that you are using is called "compaktcircuit-factorio21" and not "compaktcircuit" so the combinator does not see it (and does not activate the packed entity).

I am somewhat hoping for an "official" compaktcircuit release but I will add this as an alternative and make a 2.1 release that supports it.

I pushed a 2.0.1 release which should also work with the fork that you are using. Please let me know if you have any problems.
