Adds a new Recycler that takes in more ingredients to get rid of random chance. While keeping ratios. Inserter stack size 4 is recommended.

b Wrong Module Recycling Recipes with SE

Space Exploration changes the recipes for modules 1, 2, and 3, and the Deterministic Recycler recipes are not respecting that. Normal Recycling recipes do work fine, though.

My module upcycling jamming was one of the main reasons I had grabbed this so it was a bit surprising this made it worse instead.

Looks like a considerable amount of recipes that were modified by K2 are also getting recycling recipes that don't reflect the actual crafting ones, especially with steel beams getting replaced with steel plates.

SE Early Spaceships is also not having its recipe changes reflected, leading to a considerable tier skip since base Nauvis resources can be used to make ship clamps and flooring which together can recycle into the iridium and beryllium for Astro and Material sciences, as well as vulcanite and cryonite. Seems the recipes are being modified after Deterministic Recycler is choosing what recipes to use when making the reversal ones?

Expanding the issue with module recycling - SE modules tier 4-9 don't have any deterministic recycling recipes at all.

Looks like the fix is super simple - just adding Space Exploration as an optional dependency in info.json makes this mod generate the deterministic recipes after SE has done its recipe changes.
