Gives sulfur a fuel value to make it a midway between solid fuel and rocket fuel.
Also adds a recipe for petroleum production from sulfur.
Also also adds nuclear sulfur in case you run out of uranium-235, because that makes sense.

Mostly made for fun and because I think sulfur needs more uses.
