If detected, replace Gleba with it's moon Terra Palus instead?
Products and research moving should be a config option while Terra Palus is installed, defaulting to Fulgora & Vulcanus - and the other option would be adding to Terra Palus
Reasoning: People hate gleba, but Terra palus is a planet mod. Including this compat would allow people to try out Terra Palus without forcing gleba to be undeletable (thus forcing research).
