Cerys is a planet mod that uses a similar scrap resource as Fulgora but it contains uranium and heat pipes and holmium plates instead of ore, and a few other changes. Could this mod make it so that if Cerys is installed, stone and holmium ore (replacing plates) are added to the possible results of radioactive scrapping so that electrolyte can be made there? or just a deep patch of Fulgora scrap on that surface. I think that would be all that's needed to make electromag science there, though I haven't looked into the ratios.
