I just tried loading this with the minimal mods and same error comes up.
Using only:
Version 1.1.8 Deadlock Belt-SE Bridge Deadlock Experimental Stacking Deadlock Stacking Beltboxes & Loaders Space Exploration (and only it's required dependencies) Space Exploration Postprocess.
Same, still with the same error
