Seems like it's possible to use the remote without actually doing the research .

I'm doing a 1000x science run and i'm half way through the first research (Artillery bombardment remote, not the smart one), but if I open factoriopedia or the item selector from remote view, I can already use any remote, the normal or smart one.

You can also spawn artillery remote without researching it, i think it is an oversight on Wube's side after they implemented new remote view.

I will implement manual checks whenever force is allowed to use the remote.
